“Daniel has quickly established himself as an important contributor to our team, and brings his expertise to support our clients in creating their Logic Models and Value Propositions that underpin the Vanguard development; a key strategic priority of the NHS over the next five years. The logic modelling will really benefit the evaluation process for the national new models of care programme, and has helped promote our organisation’s profile in this new market. The teams he has worked with have received fantastic feedback from our customers and, most recently, Daniel played a key role in a deliverable that has been selected as national exemplar for new and emergency care vanguard sites. He has also shown great skill in other complex, analytical tasks like designing an outcome based payment model, as well as ‘softer’ skills such as facilitating multi day workshops with multiple stakeholders. Finally, Daniel brings great passion and enthusiasm to his work, and inspires others with his drive and commitment. He has fitted seamlessly into our team and our staff enjoy working with him and learning from him.”
